The Scope Shall Include Necessary Visits To Concerned Authorities And Obtaining/Verifying Relevant Records And Certified Copies. Any Incidental Expenses Shall Be Borne By The Successful Bidder. The Job Shall Be Performed In Line With The Additional Terms And Conditions (Atc) Of The Subject Gem Tender. , Consultancy And Liaisoning Services For Execution And Registration Of Lease Deed With Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (Kiadb) In Respect Of Approx 12.50 Acres Of Land Allotted To Bpcl At Mettikurke Industrial Area, Hiriyur Taluk, Chitradurga, Karnataka, Including:1. Scrutiny Of The Allotment Letter And Relevant Land/Lease Documents And Identification Of Requirements For Execution Of The Lease Deed.2. Coordination And Liaisoning With Kiadb And Other Concerned Government Authorities For Preparation, Review And Finalization Of The Lease Deed.3. Obtaining The Demand Note For Applicable St Duty, Registration Charges And Other Statutory Payments And Facilitating The Necessary Formalities.4. Arranging Necessary Legal/Advocate Assistance For Review And Execution/Registration Of The Lease Deed.5. Facilitating Execution Of The Lease Deed By The Authorized Representatives Of Bpcl And Kiadb.6. Coordinating With The Concerned Sub-Registrar Office And Facilitating Completion Of All Formalities For Registration Of The Lease Deed.7. The Successful Bidder Shall Provide All Necessary Manpower, Transportation, Logistics, Printing, Photocopying And Other Incidental Services Required For Completion Of The Assignment.8. Government Statutory Fees, St Duty, Registration Charges And Official Payments Made To Government Authorities Shall Be Reimbursed Separately By Bpcl On Actual Basis Against Submission Of Supporting Documents/Receipts.
