Hence contractor will provide one Contact person and his mobile no which should be available 24X7 to address the breakdown etc. To attend break down maintenance immediately and replacement of unservicable spare parts within 24 hours as required at site as directed by AGE/JE. If the contractor fails to rectify the complaint within 12 hours, contractor shall pay penalty charges as are under:-(a) Upto 1st working day - Rs 500.00/per Day/per motor/pump(b) Above 1 working day and upto 02 Working day - Rs 700.00/per Day/per motor/pump(c) Above 02 Working day - Rs 1000.00 /per Day/per motor/pump. |
