| 1 | Hire charges for providing & erection of Tent with Kanat, of size 15x15 feet, including all associated activities for transporting it to sites as identified by I&FC/ Revenue Department, (levelling of ground, erection of Tent etc. and keeping/maintaining it during its use by field staff is to be done by the Chowkidar and other staff associated with the boats), providing of dragon light for lightning the camping sites during entire night/darkness. It includes maintaining the dragon light in working condition. If one dragon light is out of order, same shall be replaced by the another dragon light on the same day for ensuring unhindered lightning of camp offices. This item also include 24 hours watch and ward of boats, dragon lights, life jackets, lifebuoy, rope, tent and boat engines etc. required for boat operation. |
| 2 | Transporting of Boats from Timparpur Store of CD-XIV or other location to different requisite sites or back in Delhi area including labour for loading & unloading, and putting the boat in water course of river Yamuna/drain/water body for its use in operation. It includes all other miscellaneous requirement for successful commissioning of Boat operation as per size of boat..(a) For boats of size 18’ & 20’ Distance upto 10 to 20 Km. |

| 4 | Arrangement and supply of Motor Boat Operators, Boat Operators and divers for operation of motor boats in river Yamuna or other water carrying/retaining body |
| 5 | Hire charges of 40 HP OBM Engines, or more power for their utilization in operation of boats, in river Yamuna or other water body as per requirement, cost of maintenance of engine shall be borne by the contractor. |
| 6 | Hire charges for providing of 18’ or 20’ long aluminium boat as and when required. |
