1Decoupling the motor, lifting the pump, dismantling the pump parts like casing, impeller, enclosing tube, shaft, coupling etc. rectifying the defects, replacing the wornout parts if necessary, reassembling and re-erecting the pump in its positon, alignment checking, coupling with motor, painting the pump and commissioning.
2Charges for checking bend in driven shaft 6 nos and removal of old rubber bearing and making of seal water connection & cutting area and other minor repair works.
