| 2 | Hiring of Exacavator cum loader for removal of land slide in hilly area in ordinary rock nor requiring blasting by mechnical means including cutting and trimming of slops and disposal of cut material with in lift up to 1.5 metre and lead up to 1000 metre as per technical specification 302.3.5 and 1611. The work shall be excuted as per MORTH specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Terms and Conditions :- a) Hire charges should include expenses on account of establishment POL Major and minor repairs /over hauling and replacement of tyres and batteries if reqd. b) Hire charges should also include Insurance of machinery/vehicles and establishment and the department shall not be responsible for any fatal/non fatal accidents. c) Hire charges should also include all local or out side taxes including of road tax entry tax and other taxes if any. d) Hire charges shall be payable only on signing of contract agreement and bringing the machinery/vehicles to the site as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. e) Minimum work as per PWD norms must be executed by the machinery hired. |
