| 1 | Fabrication, Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of cubical panel (meter box) wall mount type CPRI aprroved powder coated/painted suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC Supply system. Panel should be fabricated in approved factory having modern fabrication and testing process. Panel should be IP 54 procted. The size of panel shoul be 1.1 mtr (W) x 1.2 mtr (H/L) x 0.20 (D) i.e. not less than 1.32 Sqm, made with 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet and having detachable CRCA gland plate, TPN aluminium bus bar, base of insulated brackets or studs as per norms. The panel should be suitable to accommodate 09 nos. existing Energy meter of size 9\\"x11\\" appx (1-phase domestic), 10 nos DP Isolator of suitable rating and 01 no. 100 Amp Al TPN Bus Bar. The panel should be front openable in parts (splitted) suitable for opening the doors with arrangement of glass or window for displaying the meter readings as mentioned in drawing. Follwing items /parts be included in panel; (i) 63 Amp DP Isolator - 10 Nos. (ii) 100 Amp Al TPN Bus Bar size 600 mm x 20/25 mm x 4/5 mm (iii) wiring with 6 sqmm FRLS Cu wire (from bus bar to energy meter), (iv) Earth bar. The drawings will be final as per direction of Engineer in charge. |
