| 2 | Complete dismantling of all mechanical parts of the HT switchgear after removing to a workable position inside the sub-stn. After dismantling of all the components properly overhauling by petrol & transformer oil to remove carbon particles & after overhauling re-fixed as per existing way for interlocking arrangement, bush spring etc. |
| 3 | Complete checking, cleaning and overhauling of H.T. Bus-bar sleeves tightness of various jumpers and spares etc. |
| 4 | Complete distmantling of rear components and cleaning by CTC, CRC, soft brush, cotton cloths etc and sleeving of bar, riser etc |
| 5 | Necessary checking, testing of PT circuit including tripping test through all relays, primary injection through CT & measured secondary current of relays are to be made at site upto satisfaction of EIC. |
