| 2 | Supply and fixing of replacement dual direction delineator made out of 16 gauge mild steel rectangular pipe of size 25 mm × 68 mm and 600 mm long, including stove enamelling and baking at 120°C or powder coating of the mild steel pipe. The head shall be made of ABS plastic rectangular moulded section with 25 mm wide reflective strips. The delineator shall be fixed in cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in a block of size 300 mm × 300 mm × 350 mm deep, including excavation in earth in any strata, refilling, finishing and all necessary works, complete in all respects, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note: The rate of cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for block size 300 mm × 300 mm × 350 mm, including excavation in earth in any strata, is included in this item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. |
| 3 | Supply and fixing in replacement of solar road stud having 3 LED lights of Red/Yellow colour on each side (total 6 Nos.), housed in a tough pressure die-cast aluminium alloy body of size 125 mm × 125 mm or 120 mm × 130 mm, including built-in stem of suitable length. The unit shall consist of solar cells, rechargeable battery and light sensor, completely protected inside with a tough, unbreakable polycarbonate transparent top cover. The solar road stud shall be capable of working for 2–3 days (night operation) after full charging of 8–10 hours. The road stud shall be fixed on road surface using approximately 100 gm epoxy adhesive mixture and placed without applying excessive pressure. Additional fixing shall be provided using a zinc-plated steel nail of suitable size at the centre of the cat eye, as per manufacturer’s instructions. The item shall include all materials, labour, tools and accessories required for complete installation, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Supply and fixing in replacement of two-way (dual direction) reflective road stud (cat eye) having ABS plastic body of size 100 mm × 100 mm × 18.5 mm, with amber/red/yellow reflective panels, including fixing on road surface by applying approximately 100 gm epoxy adhesive mixture and placing the cat eye without applying excessive pressure. The stud shall additionally be fixed with a zinc-plated steel nail of 8 mm diameter and 120 mm long at the centre of the cat eye, including all materials, labour, tools and accessories required for complete installation, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Make shall be approved by the Accepting Officer before placement of order. |
| 5 | Supply and fixing of convex mirror of 1000 mm diameter made of long-life polycarbonate material with strong impact resistance and shatter-proof properties, fitted with a sun shield/protective hood of colour as approved by GE. The mirror shall be provided with a 75 mm diameter mild steel pipe post of suitable length as directed, duly painted with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over one coat of red oxide primer. The post shall be fixed by embedding in Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate block of size 450 mm × 450 mm × 600 mm, including necessary earthwork, excavation, refilling, finishing and all incidental works, complete in all respects, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Make shall be approved by the Accepting Officer before placement of order. |

The work shall include application of thermoplastic road marking material at the rate of 5 kg/sqm and application of glass beads at the rate of 250 gm/sqm, conforming to MoRTH Clause No. 803.4, including surface preparation, cleaning, heating, application, finishing and all necessary operations, complete in all respects, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 10 | Supply and fixing of solar traffic blinker light of 300 mm diameter with RED/AMBER colour indication, having built-in 7 AH battery and 192 Nos. LEDs, with visibility up to 100 m, completely protected inside a tough, unbreakable polycarbonate sheet cover. The system shall include a 30 watt solar panel, solar pole made of medium-grade mild steel pipe of 80 mm outer diameter and 1.6 mm thickness, powder coated in yellow colour, cable panel stand, blinker mounting accessories and all necessary fittings. The solar pole shall be of 3.2 m to 3.5 m height as per site requirement, including excavation and fixing of pole in PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate below ground level as per manufacturer’s recommendations.
