| 1 | Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Sandwich Type Rising Mains / Bus Duct of capacity 400 Amps 25 KA SC for 1Sec capacity IK10, Confirming to IEC 61439 part 1 & part 6 and IEC 60862 and 3 phase 4 wire , 415 volts, 50Hz A.C including taking down of old bus duct.The Bus duct having following specification :(i) Rated operational Voltage :- 415 Volts AC(ii) Rated insulation voltage :- Min 1000 Vols AC (iii) Rated impulsive withstand Voltage (Uimp) :- Min 12 KV (iv) Rated Current : 400 Amps(v) Short time withstand Current (Icw) : 25 KA for 1 second(vi) Insulation Class :- class F insulation (155°C)(vii) Enclosure :- Sndwch type compact Enclosure fabricated from 2.0 mm thick sheet steel as per OEM design, duly powder coated(Interior and exterior),complete with all necessary covers, accessories and suitable Canopy at top end of bus duct.(viii) Degree of protection :- IP 54/IP 55 for complete bus duct.Tap-off Units/joints shall have suitable IP protection as per OEM tested design.(ix) Compliance standards :-EC 61439 (Part 1 & Part 6), IS 8623 and other relevant applicable standards. The complete Busbar Trunking System shall be type tested/certified as a complete assembly by the manufacturer.(x) Busbar Material :- aluminium (with IS 19501 or superior ) bus bars,complying with applicable standards and OEM tested design, complete with suitable insulation and jointing arrangement(xi) Rated Capacity of Bus Bar :- 400 Amps TPN,suitable for continuous operation at rated load(xii) Earthing Strip :-Continuous earthing arrangement with 2 Nos aluminium strips of 50x6 mm with suitable hardware, nut & bolts, one on each side, as per OEM design, including all necessary connections to the building earthing system. Suitable bimetallic/tinned arrangement shall be provided wherever required for connection between dissimilar metals |
| 2 | (xiii) Main Supporting structure :- Floor flanged for support, vertical spring hanger/fix hanger (as per OEM design), GI clamping brackets, angle iron brackets, steel fasteners, necessary joints & expansion joints. Flanged end with equalizer/shorting plate, end cover plate, horizontal & vertical bends, reducers, offsets and plug-in points as required. Suitable fire barrier/fire stopping arrangement shall be provided at each floor/wall/slab penetration as per approved OEM system.(xiv) Tapping Point :- One suitable tap-off/plug-in unit at each floor for G+8 Bldg. suitable MCCB/isolating arrangement, plug-in box, interlocking and all necessary accessories as per OEM design and approved rating.(xv) Jointing Arrangement : Complete with OEM approved jointing kits, joint covers, high-pressure jointing arrangement and torque-controlled hardware.
