| 3 | Schedule ‘A’ Part-I:Design & built structure work of Sainik Institute with RCC framed structure and permanent specifications incl fitting fixtures all as per drawings/Tender and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Notes:i). The cost of excavation and earthwork required to achieve the modified ground level, considering the undulations in the natural ground level, shall be measured and paid under Sch ‘A’ Part-XI. The cost of excavation and earthwork required for construction of the building, including foundations, as per the approved design and for achieving the Finished Floor Level (FFL), shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this Schedule and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. ii).The open platform shown in Drawing No. CWE/HSR/WD-09/2026, Sheet No. 2/12, shall be measured and paid for under Sch ‘A’ Part-IX (Open Air Platform).iii). False ceiling shall be provided throughout the building, including the porch, except in the kitchen and corridors. Which comprises of False ceiling Board: 12 mm thick exposed metal frame ceiling with mineral fibre ceiling for fixing in 600 mm x 600 mm gird. False ceiling Grid: - Powder coated groove type GI T grid False ceiling of dimension 15 x 32 mm frame work for false ceiling with Hangers 6 mm dia G.I. (up to 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia. 40 mm long complete all as specified and as directed. iv)Waterproofing treatment and ATT treatment as specified in tender document shall be provided to the building. |
| 4 | v) AAC block masonry shall be used. Factory-manufactured polymer-modified ready-mix AAC plaster and finish over it shall be as per 27.3 & 27.4 clause of PS.vi). Fittings and fixtures as shown in the drawings shall be deemed to be included in the lump-sum quoted rates, except for the works included in Sch ‘A’ Part-II, III, X and XIII.vii). HPL sheet, Str glazing, Transparent, fibre sheet, Doors, Windows, railing, Grill ventilator for duct, Finishes as defined in tender document are included in quoted rates.viii). Depth of foundation shall be kept min 1.5 mtr from ground level.ix). Finish over external plaster shall comprise two coats of premium elastomeric exterior paint over coats of suitable putty and primer, as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Internal surfaces shall be finished with two coats of premium interior emulsion paint over coats of suitable putty and primer, as per the manufacturer’s instructions.x). Any missing details in the architectural/layout tender drawings, which are inescapable and necessary for structural integrity and proper execution of the work, shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates, and nothing extra shall be payable to the Contractor on this account. |
