4Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours,shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineerin-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cementmortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment ofmatching shade complete.
5Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stackingmaterial within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and up to 40 mm
6Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators andpartitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Zsections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285,fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion holdfasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom andsides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth,rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required includingcleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainlesssteel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions ofEngineer-in-charge. (Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately): For fixed portion.Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade accordingto IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)
7For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixinghinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever requiredincluding the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall bepaid for separately)Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade accordingto IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)
8Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters andpartitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per thearchitectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost ofaluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)
9Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded incementCstrutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided withhorizontal 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixedwith G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth workand concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metrecost of total length of barbed wire used.With G.I. barbed wire
10Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to besplit and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drillingholes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete
11Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size25x25 mm made of G.I.wire of dia 3 mm including strengthening with 2 mm diawire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction ofEngineer-in-charge.

21Supplying and fixing of following electrical items suitable for operating on 240 / 230 volts AC, 50 HZ Supply, including connection etc, as required . Exhaust fan 250mm size ( Heavy duty ) CG transair or equivalent approved make
22Supply installation, testing & commissioning of GI Electrode Earthing with 84mm dia and 3 meter length, with 3mm thick the electrode should be hot dip galvinised . The GI Electrode shall be pre filled with cristaline conductive material ( CCM) maximum contact between the electrode and compound should be eco- friendly GI Electrode Earthing should be eco- friendly GI Electrode Earthing should be eco-friendly GI Electorde Earthing should be maintinance free and does not require regular manual addition of water. The earthing pit should be covered with PVC cover.

26Providing and fixing 37 mm thick factory made PVC door shutter, styles and railsmade of PVC hollowsection of size 100 mm x 37 mm with wall thickness 2 mm (±0.2 mm), with inbuilt bead on one side,styles and rails mitered cut and joint atthe corners by means of 2 nos of plastic brackets of size 75 mm x221 mm at each corner and stainless steel screws, reinforcing the hinge side of style by inserting PVCprofile of size 28 mm x 30 mm, with wall thickness 2 mm ( ± 0.2 mm). Lockrail of size 100 mm x 37 mm,wall thickness 2 mm (+ 0.2 mm) will be fixed to the vertical styles. Providing with PVC snapfit beads andpanel of size 100 mm x 20 mm, and inserting 2 nos tie bar of 6 mm dia and fastening with nuts andwashers complete, all as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-incharge.
