Obtaining final Techno-Economic Concurrence (TEC)/clearance of DPR from the Competent Authority. The scope of the work includes all the studies as required by the Department indicated in scope of work but shall not remain limitted to the same but the studies as required by MNRE,CEA,SECI and any other valid document issued by ministery of water resourse, MoP for concieving the Hydro Electric Scheme shall deemed to be inclusive.
