If at any stage, it is observed that the performance of agency is not adequate, work will be rescinded, and the agency will be debarred from doing any work for one year in Delhi zone/region. The work will then be carried out at his risk and cost without serving any notice.6.The work to be carried out on holidays/weekends / nights only without disturbing the functioning of office System after taking prior shutdown.
