3Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
4Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excuding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1 :5: 10 ( 1 cement : 5 Coarse sand (Zone -III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
5Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate
6Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand): Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing
7Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excuding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
8Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface
9Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture and of reqired of shade on undercoated wall surface to give even shade over @1.25 Ltr/10sqm including one coat of primer applied @ 0.75 Ltr/10sqm Coat curing and cost of all material , labour , T & P etc . Reqired for proper completion of work for two coat.
10Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
11Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m All kinds of soil
12ProvidingTractor trolley with POL & driver etc Complete as required for miscellaneous item cartage works.
13Tractor with water tanker for sprinkling of water including POL & Driver complete as required for proper completion of the work
14Supply of Labour with uniform for tractor for miscellaneous work
15Providing Superwisor/ Mate with uniform complete for miscellaneous work etc
16JCB Machine including Driver & POL etc complete as required for miscellaneous work.
17Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications
18Reflective Raised Pavement Markers (Road Studs / Cat Eye)Supply and fixing of reflective raised pavement marker with its body surface made of tough ASA (Acrylic styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (Hi- impact Polystyrene) or acrylonitrile butadiens styrenc (ABS). The marker shall supported a load of 1335 kg tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280 and its reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face. Retro reflecting surface shall preferably be 351 5° to base and area of each retro- reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.0 sqcm road studs shall be legibly marked with name trade mark or other means of idenfification of the manufacturer. Dimensions of road studs should not be less than 100 mm x100mm x10mmRPM (without shank) as per ASTM RPM (with shank) as per ASTM
19Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge
20Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
21Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars
22Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform
23Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in : : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
24Construction of Granular Sub Base by Providing Coarse Graded Material, spreading in uniform layers with motar grader on preapared surface, mixing mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Vabratory Roller to achieve the desired Density complete as per Clause No 401 and also supply of all material labour and T&P etc as required for proper completion of the work.
25Provinding and applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.
26Providing and laying 40 MM thick Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 P TPH batch type HMP prouding an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading. premixed with Bituminous binder @ 5.2 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, tronsporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandeın roller, to achieve required compaction as per MORTH Specificatio Clause no -507, including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. as requited for proper completion of the work.
