Supply Of supply, testing and commissioning (including all connections and dressing w/o loading) of switch board cabinet , supply, testing and commissioning (including all connections and dressing w/o loading) of switch board cabinet, as per drawing: rdso/pe/spec/ac/0184-2015, rev-2,, pa cking instruction: electrical panels to be protected with transparent biodegradable poly thene bag/sheets thickness of 0.1 mm or an antistatic bag of 350 to 400 gauge (100 micr on approx.) on all sides of panel &panel shall be packed in transport worthy wooden c age. bottom frame to be made of wooden planks 20mm thick &should have support of a t least 3 wooden batons of size 100x100mm of suitable length to facilitate lifting by fo rk lifter &secure properly with suitable packing to avoid in-transit damage. each panel to be packed in transport worthy wooden cage of suitable dimensions made out of wo oden strip of 20x100 mm size. gap between each strips should not be more then 100mm.a list should be pasted on each wooden cage showing order no, pl no, description, drg / spec. no, qty, firmname &address, consignee name, date of dispatch, top bottom arrow mark etc. note- 1) firms have option to provide qr code. for linkage of po, the cardboa rd box shall carry a qr code having details as listed below: a)name of the manufactur er <manuname> b)purchase order number <pono> c)purchase order date <podt> d)uni que serial number (or lot number for bulk items) of the manufacturer <manusno>or < manulno> e)date of manufacture <manudate> f)delivery challan no. <delchalno> g)d elivery challan date <delchaldt> 2. the qr code shall be as per iso/iec 18004 model2 an d the data shall be available as xml using the tags detailed above.
