| 1 | Providing, fabricating, supplying and fixing of aluminium composite panel (ACP) cupboard/wardrobe (2.13 HX 1.00 to 1.2 W mtr) in pan shape, having a minimum depth of 450 to 500 mm, in metallic colour and approved shade, made out of not less than 4 mm thick aluminium composite panel material. The ACP sheets shall be coil-coated with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on Face #1 and polymer (service) coating on Face #2. The ACP panels shall be fixed over an M.S Angle 35x35x5 mm frame structure , stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, SS-316 pins, anchor bolts of approved make, nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contact, weather silicone sealant, backer rods and all other necessary accessories, complete in all respects. The item shall also include providing and fixing of not less than 18 mm thick HDHMR board of superior quality for horizontal bedding/shelves, wherever required, along with stainless steel butt hinges, screws and other hardware/accessories required for proper functioning of the cupboard/ wardrobe as per architectural drawings, approved drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Construction of chamber for 100mm sluice platesProviding, fabricating, supplying and fixing of Aluminium Partition Panel (APP) cupboard/wardrobe having six-drawer drawing cabinet of overall size approximately 1.25 m (W) × 1.00 m (D) × 1.10 m (H). The cabinet shall have a rigid anodized aluminium frame using pipe 50×20×1.5 mm and angle 25×25×2 mm with suitable internal supports. The external top, sides, back and drawer fronts shall be covered with 4 mm thick APP sheet of approved make, colour and finish, including aluminium edge profiles. Six drawers of approximately 100 mm height shall be provided with High density fibre board with plywood bottom including sunmica on boiard with adhesive of approved brand , heavy-duty full-extension telescopic channels, aluminium/SS handles and label holders as per approved drawing and specification. The work shall include all necessary brackets, fasteners, rivets, adjustable feet, cutting, drilling, fabrication, assembly, finishing, transportation and installation at site, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Providing and installation Dual Layer Roller Shades/vertical blinds for Day and Night, Light Filtering Sheer Blinds for Office, made of durable, dust resistant and washable fabric, providing suitable light control and privacy. The blinds shall be complete with aluminium top channel/head rail, brackets, operating chain/cord mechanism, bottom weight/rod and all necessary fixing acessories, including cutting, fitting and intallation to the requirted window size, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
