| 5 | Interior wall panelling : Providing and installing 8mm thick cement board panels over existing aluminium framed partitions/walls, of dimensions 4'x8' cement board panels using SS ozone brand/ equivalent brand screws. The existing wall layer will be framed with 1/2\\" x 1\\" aluminium channels across the whole area of the walls.In between each 4' panel groove, a rose gold 12mm x 8' T-Patti will be placed to enhance the look and also dividing the monotonous wall . On the screen wall a combination of the rose gold 12mm x 8' T-Patti and 5\\" x 8' Louver panels will be fixed as per the design using SS ozone brand/equivalent brand screws. A false cabinet/shelf along the wall panelling with push magnet door mechanism shall be provided at NW & SW corner to house and access services such as Electrical power supply with DB, LAN, Telephone and UPS. |
| 6 | Fluted/ribbed panel wall - Providing and installing ribbed/fluted panels of size 5\\" x 8' that can achieve the look as per design. The lower half will be a cream-beige shade that matches the chairs around the conference table and the upper half, a bright white. The panels are fastened with SS screws throughout the panels and attached with strong adhesive glue for extra hold. Hardware used to fasten the panels is of Ozone / equivalent brand. |

| 11 | Providing and installing Grid type false ceiling system with particle boards (from available materials) for lounge and dining area using the following method. i) Support Framework: Providing and installing 2' x 2' horizontal grid with Aluminium channels and 8mm GI suspension rods that support the false ceiling grid. ii) False ceiling Boards : Providing and installing modular 12mm thick particle boards with the provision of recessed square cut-out for ceiling fans and a 2' x 2' trap door for services, as per design and drawing. | 13 | Supply and wet-set installation of 2.0mm thick commercial Luxury Vinyl Planks/Tiles (with a 0.3mm–0.4mm protective wear layer) using high-tack polymer adhesive with joint seam rolling, finished with flush perimeter skirting and a slim flat transition profile at the doorways. Before installation of PVC flooring, comprehensive floor overhaul of existing vitrified tiles comprising mechanical scuffing and alkaline deep wash, application of multi-surface Ardex Endura primer and 3mm polymer leveling compound for 1/2-inch door clearance shall be carried out. |
| 14 | Wall Paint finish with putty and primer - Asian Paints or equivalent brand. Providing and applying white cement based putty of thickness 1mm, of Birla white/Asian paints brand on the plastered surface over all the joints and crevices and where the SS screws are fastened to avoid cracks. Sanding using 120-150 grit 3M brand sandpaper throughout the putty area to level out any undulations on the surface to give a smooth finish. Application of 1 coat of water thinnable Acrylic Primer of Asian paints/equivalent brand, followed by 2 Coats of Asian paints/equivalent brand Royale Paint with roller and flat brush. |
