| 3 | Earth work in excavation of any suitable types of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means and unloading the soil within initial lead of 5.00 Km. on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface of emabankment in proper profiles including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm size including removal of roots, bushes and other deleterious materials from transported earth with all cost, carriage, royalty, labour, welfarecess and laying in layers not exceeding 22.50cm in depth including watering of earth work upto OMC condition @ 95% dry density by suitabe compacting equipment including construction of haul road, cost of hire and running charges of all the machineries, T & P, cost of fuel, lubricants, cost of labour, carriage, royalty, taxes, cess etc. Complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
