| 1 | Major overhauling of mechanism of 145 KV SF-6 spring charged. (Different make) Circuit breaker at 220 KV S/S Fatehpur. The job includes overhauling of control block assembly, opening latch, anti pumping assembly. Opening, cleaning and greasing of motor charging system, replacement of worn-out parts. Cheking of shock absorber & closing damper etc. Adjustment of all gaps, cleaning and greasing of levers, connecting rod, CAM disc Cam etc, checking of mechanism assembly for wear and tear, rectification/repairing of worn-out parts. Checking of limit switch power contact, auxiliary contactor for proper functioning. Checking of gas leakage from copper pipe assembly of gas system, measurement of closing tripping time of circuit breaker, measurement of contract resistance by CRM meter.
