| 1 | Routine servicing & maintenance of AMF panel and 01 No. 125 KVA D.G. Set (Greaves make) installed at Block-B, CCET (Degree Wing), Sector-26, Chandigarh. The DG set shall have to be tested twice a month or whenever required by the qualified and experienced staff. The job includes the cost of testing, cleaning, checking of battery oil filters battery lead temp. gauge oil filters, air filter, engine oil, fuel filter, battery lead temp. gauge, greasing of parts and other minor repair for proper working of the DG set including the cost of all the petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The other major components will be paid extra as required at site on actual work done basis. |
| 2 | Service of 125 KVA D.G. Set of (Greaves make) including changing of following parts. The job includes the cost of the following S/E parts and other, petty material to complete the same like o-rings, gaskets, cleaning of filter housing by scratching, cleaning with diesel oil etc. to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 4 | Supply and fixing of engine stop solenoid valve for 125 KVA DG Set of make electronic type by dismantling of the old burnt out solenoid valve fixing of new solenoid valve in the D.G. Set and making all the necessary electrical connections with proper wiring, testing for the same. |
| 5 | Providing and fixing of under voltage relay of 24 volt capacity. The job includes dismantling of all the cables form the under voltage relay. The job also includes fixing of new under voltage relay and giving all necessary electrical connections to the relay. |
| 6 | Providing and fixing of battery charger of 12 Volt capacity to Teknika make. The job includes dismantling of all the cables from the battery charger. The job also includes fixing of new battery charger and giving all necessary electrical connections to the relay. |
| 7 | S/E of Sealed Maintenance Free Battery 150 AH 12V of Exide/ Panasonic / Amaron make only complete in all respects with connecting terminals, leads etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
