| 3 | Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : The top of filled trench shall be made proud by using the excavated soil to cater for subsequent settlement of soil). |
