Including fire safety drawing as per directions of competent authority/engineer in charge. (1% of the contractual cost Rs. 96,26,223/-) (A) No extra payment will be made for supplying of corrected drawings as required b y the Engineer in Charge. (B) 60% payment will be made on submission of structural design for foundation, ground floor, first floor and fire safety stilt if any in six sets within one month from the date of issue of work order. (C) Remaining 40% of the payment will be made after 4 site visits during the execution of the work. In case visit is not done by the consultant Rs 5000 per visit shall be recovered from bill.
