Note : The pipes size 150 mm & below shall be M.S. 'C' class as per IS: 1239 and pipes size above 150 mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35 mm thick M.S. Sheet for pipes upto 350 mm dia. And from minimum 7 mm thick MS sheet for pipes of 400 mm dia and above. |

| 11 | Shifting of the existing 300 mm dia MS C Class pipe available at site from theexisting ground level to the required location at a height of approximately 20 metres,including loading, lifting, shifting, positioning and fixing using a suitable-capacitycrane. The work shall include all necessary temporary supports, guy arrangements,scaffolding/staging, lifting tackles, tools and tackles, consumables, labour andsupervision required for the safe shifting and proper positioning of the existing pipe,including maintaining the required alignment and level. All necessary safetyprecautions shall be taken to prevent damage to the pipe, adjoining structures,equipment and personnel.
