Bids Are invited for Operation And Maintenance Of Electrical Systems/Electrical Installations - Annual Operation And Maintenance Contract For Operational Area With Glf Installations At Surat Airport - Operation And Maintenance Of Electrical And Ground Lighting Facilities I/C. Nav-Aid Buildings, Ccrs, Signages, Alcms, Dg Sets, Lt Panels Etc As Per The Inventory & Scope Of Work By Deploying Man Power In 3 Shifts/ General Shift (Each Of 8 Hrs.) As Detailed In General & Special Condition Of Contract Involving Repair, Attending Complaints / Faults / Breakdown And Taking Rectification Action, Ensuring Serviceability / Satisfactory Working Of The Systems, Preventive Maintenance, Maintaining Of Records / Documentation Etc. On All Days Including National Holidays And Sundays As Required. , Annual Maintenance Contract I/C Attending The Breakdown Of Following Rating Thyristor Based Nasu Make Ccr Including Repairing Of Defective Ccr By Identifying The Fault , Replacement Of Defective Cards, Calibration Of Ccr, Complete Checking, Testing , Optimization,Servicing , Submission Of Reports On Quarterly Basis, At Site Etc. Complete As Required (Note:- Required Spares And Card Of The Ccr Shall Be Provided By Aai For The Replacement Of The Defective Spares And Card).(A) 50 Kw = 02 Nos.(B) 20 Kw = 02 Nos.(C) 7.5 Kw = 05 Nos(D) 4 Kw = 03 Nos , Carrying Out The Works For Items Covered In Delhi Schedule Of Rates (Dsr E&M) 2025 Published By Cpwd As Per Cpwd Specification As Required For An Amount Of Rs.2,00,000.00(The Bidder Shall Quote The Rate In Inr Only For The Job Corresponding To Rs. 2,00,000.00 & Percentage (%) Above/ Below Shall Be Calculated By Aai And Paid Accordingly) (Note: For Guidance Refer,Scc Clause 43 Section Of Tender Document.)
