(Cassette Type) System required for connecting building to the entire satisfaction of EIC |
| 3 | The agency should have sucessfully completed minimum one work for Hospital Air Conditioning/HVAC. The Consultant should have experience of consultancy in HVAC of minimum 5 years. The consultant should have done Central Air Conditioning System Consultancy with Completion Certificate.The work has to be got done with latest HVAC Norms with latest amendments and the scope of work is as under : |

| 5 | Re-check of Heat Load required for above premises. |
| 6 | Conceptual drawings showing complete proposal of Air Conditioning Scheme complete in all respect for HVAC System. (In colored) be submitted within 10 days for approval. |
| 7 | Preparation of colored constructional/ final detailed drawing for the scheme along with supply of soft copy and hard copies within 15 days. |
| 8 | Detailed estimate (with detailed calculation of quantities) /DNIT along with latest market rates be submitted within 25 days. - 4 Sets |
| 9 | 5 sets of final drawing/ estimate/DNIT as per requirement for submission to higher authorities for approval be supplied by the consultant and will be amended as per final decision. |
| 10 | The consultant has to got approve the scheme from Architectural Department as per their requirement and nothing extra will be paid for revision of scheme/ drawings. |
