| 1 | Provision for engaging labour mazdoor category II for Maintaining the Circuit House No.2 campus in Mettur Dam. To Provide Maintenance work services at the Circuit House No.2 campus in Mettur Dam. The work consists of Maintenance and upkeeping of the entire circuit house premises, 3 number of suite rooms with bathroom and toilet rooms, 1 number of reception hall, Big dining room, kitchen, store room, and staffs Bath & Toilet rooms etc., daily sweeping of the entire above mentioned works should be done twice in a day of every morning and afternoon and as when required. Deep cleaning of the entire toilets by using disinfecting materials twice a day and more often it needed and also cleaning of all sanitary fittings. Collecting of all sweeping wastes should be disposed to the dustbin. More over the maintenance works also consists of maintenance of garden area, foot path and drainage in the circuit house No:2 campus as specified by the departmental Officers which includes removal of weeds in garden area, water to the flower Plants, other Plants, turf areas, trees and removal of dry leaves from the garden by using necessary accessories and dumping into the nearby dustbins.complete complying with standard specifications as directed by the departmental officers. |
