| 5 | Material and labour for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using Paving bitumen (VG-30), binder content @ 4.0% by weight of total mix and rolling with power roller of weight exceeding 8 tonne & not exceeding 12 tonne for rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting (Preparation of surface and priming/tack coat shall be paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes : (i) Hot mix plant of adequate capacity shall be used for heating and mixing of aggregates and binder and shall be laid in single layer with Mechanical Sensor Paver all as specified and directed. (ii) The design mix shall be carried out from zonal lab/Govt approved lab/Govt Engg College as approved by GE before execution in work. |
