| 1 | PROVIDING INTERNET LEASED LINE- 500 MBPS FOR SERVER ROOM, NETWORK CENTRE |
| 2 | Provision of 500 Mbps Dedicated Internet Leased Line (ILL) with symmetrical 500 Mbps bandwidth (1:1), uncontended, providing 500 Mbps upload and 500 Mbps download, delivered through fibre-optic last-mile connectivity. The proposed ILL shall be provided through an ISP other than BSNL and shall constitute an independent alternate connectivity path. The bidder shall disclose its proposed Point of Presence (PoP), last-mile arrangement, upstream/third-party carrier dependency, if any, and proposed fibre/access route. The proposed last-mile/access connectivity shall not depend upon the University's existing BSNL/NKN link and shall provide physical path diversity from the existing primary connectivity to the extent technically feasible. Any unavoidable common physical segment or shared carrier dependency shall be disclosed to the University before award/commissioning. The service shall be provided for an initial period of 01 (one) year, extendable for a further period of up to 02 (two) years, subject to satisfactory performance and approval of the Competent Authority, on the same terms and conditions. |
| 3 | Last-mile connectivity from ISP Point of Presence (PoP) to SMVDU Network Centre, including required OFC/cabling, media converters/NTU, termination and associated installation works. |
| 4 | Minimum six (06) customer-usable Static Public IPv4 Addresses, routed to the University, with IPv6 support. Any provider-side gateway/transit addressing shall be additional and shall not reduce the six addresses available for use by the University. The allotted customer public IPv4 block shall remain unchanged throughout the Contract Period except where a change is unavoidable due to regulatory or technical reasons, in which case reasonable prior notice and migration support shall be provided. |
| 5 | Managed Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)/NTU with 500 Mbps Ethernet handoff, including installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance during the contract period |
| 6 | Reverse DNS support for the allotted public IPv4 address block, wherever required. |
| 7 | Installation, commissioning, testing and configuration of the 500 Mbps ILL at the Network Centre, SMVD University. |
| 8 | Supply, installation and commissioning of heavy-duty MS outdoor unit stands/support structure, wherever required. |
| 9 | SLA-based service support, including uptime commitment, latency, packet loss and fault restoration as specified in the tender |
| 10 | Note- Items 2 to 9 are integral components of Item 2 and shall not be separately payable. The bidder shall quote one consolidated annual lump-sum Rate and Amount against Item 2.
