1Annual Licence Fee for operation, management and maintenance of Hospitality Services, Water Sports and Adventure Tourism Activities at the designated Government site for Year-1. Minimum reserve licence fee: ₹3000000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakh only) per annum, exclusive of GST. The licence shall be for 15 years. The licence fee from Year-2 onwards shall automatically increase by 5% every year over the immediately preceding year's licence fee, as per the terms and conditions of the tender.
