The scope shall also cover safety and security provisions such as emergency exits, signage, access control, CCTV and adequate illumination, along with drinking water, washroom, pantry and housekeeping facilities. Appropriate AEO signage, emergency contact details, safety instructions and CGD network information shall be displayed, and adequate arrangements shall be made for maintaining emergency registers, complaint and incident records, network drawings/maps, SOPs, emergency response procedures and relevant vendor/contractor contact details. |
