| 2 | Design, Fabricate, supply, installation and testing of outdoor type cubicle panel board bus bar box with MCCB suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system factory fabricated made out of CRCA sheet steel of 3mm thick for outer shell and 2mm thick for inner shell with front openable door with locking arrangement complete with powder coat painting and suitable packing material for IP-54 degree of protection and including provision of 40mmx40mmx5mm angle iron base frame of suitable size for mounting the panel board at a height of 450mm above GL and 300 mm grouted in PCC foundation. | 4 | M&L for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connecting to GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and earth wire protected by 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade earth plate surrounded by alternate layer of coal dust and common salt 15 cm thik each layer all as per electrical plate and connected to pole structure/ panel board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I(2009) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. | 13 | (A) ALTERNATOR: Standard design alternator rated at 20 KVA net output at site after considering all derating factors, site conditions and at power factor 0.8, AC 3 phase, 4 wire 415 volts, 50 cycles, 1500 rpm, self excited, self regulated, screen protected, drip proof IP-23 enclosure, brushless design with hub and sealed ball/roller bearing, with winding on each pole faces, insulating class H, band of voltage regulation +/- 1% operated voltage from no load to full load and shell conforming to relevant IS/BS/IE Certifications and shell be in position to ganarate supply with frequency regulation within +/- 1% tolerance, revolving field type.(B) DIESEL ENGINE: Adequate capacity diesel engine suitable to above alternator, water cooled, to drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditions directly coupled to alternator through flexible coupling or multicylinder, multistroke, direct injection, cold starting, 1500 rpm, as per relevant IS/BS/IE within overload cap of 10% for 1 hour in any 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe running and operation. salient features of accessories shall be as under:- |
