| 2 | M & L for pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field flexural strength of 45Kg/Sqcm or 45MPa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular, virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240° C and minimum tensile strength of 300 MPa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted , including curing and tining by Texturing complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in clause 10.1.14 and Table 9 of IRC 15-2017.including all necessary shuttering,joint cutting and tech requirement etc, complete all as specified and directed. |

It is developed by using special additive & selected filler & recommended for grouting with design strength up to 55 Mpa & it is provided a levelled and uniformed surface including demolition of existing surface and prepared as per manufacturing instructing complete all as specified and directed engineer-in-charge. |
| 4 | Supply and fixing of illuminated LED Guidance Signboard of exc 1.00 sqm but not exc 2.0 sqm each board for runway code number 3 or 4 with an all-Aluminum weather-proof sturdy frame keeps the environmental hazards and mechanical enclosure will have designed such a way that it can be opened for maintenance from the front without any special tools. The top edge should have heavy-duty hinges that open the front door towards the top side and IP65 or above sealed to provide protection against dust and rain ingress and electrical connection of LED clusters should be designed in such a way that failure of a particular cluster or a group of clusters only marginally affects the illumination of the Signage. LEDs need to have more than 50,000 hours of operational life and do not heat up and electronics should be capable for operation from -20 °C to +55 °C and signboard shall be uniformly internally illuminated with required LEDs to achieve uniform illumination level and operated on AGL circuit without flickering including series isolating transformer, secondary cable (cable is AWG 2/14(2.5MM2),1.2 METER(48\\") WITH faal823 (slandered) style 8 or style7 connector & supporting frangible legs & frame etc. & sign shall comply as per ICAO Annex.14 Vol.I, ADM part 4 and ADM part 6 and embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 block of size 0.50 mtr wide x 2.0 mte length & .30mtr thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
