| 1 | Attending the complaints, regular basis repair, maintenance, cleaning, descaling and fault rectification of geysers (various capacities/makes), including inspection, replacement of unserviceable spares as per site requirement, including taking down old materials, minor repairs & electric loose connection, items like insulation tape, screws, testing, all connected items etc. and ensuring satisfactory working condition complete all as specified and as directed.Notes: -i) Spares/materials required for repairs will be paid separately.ii) Labour charges for attending and rectifying faults are included.iii) Complaints shall be collected from the complaint cell, and the tradesman should submit feedback on complaints attended. Failure to attend complaints within the prescribed time as directed by the Engr-in-charge will attract a penalty of Rs. 500 per complaint per day.iv). Minimum one electrician and one mate shall be detailed for on-site complaints, with a required tool bag containing all tools like brazing gas kit & spares. |
