| 1 | Round the clock (365x24x7) Operation, daily checking/cleaning of all equipments in 900 lpm PSA Plant (AIROX) near Trauma centre , 1000 LPM capacity PSA plant (L& T-make )near jayanti block , all air compressors vacuum pumps, Oxygen manifold, oxygen booster pump ,MGPS etc. including checking for pressure & leakage of gas cylinder, collection of oxygen cylinders from store and connection of cylinder in manifold as per requirement etc. ,checking of all MGMS outlets,attachments and accessories of entire GBP hospital,Agartala in three shifts with one operator in each shift in all manifold rooms/PSA plants (NTH-I near trauma centre, NTH-II,MEDICINE block, old hospital building, near JAYANTI block,SS Building ) i.e (7 X 3)=21 nos operators along with required relievers as per terms and conditions and scope of work. |
| 2 | Comprehensive AMC of following equipments as per terms and condition and direction of the Engineer in charge• All Oxygen manifold system, nitrous oxide manifold system, AGSS manifold System, medical pipeline system (MGPS) including all outlets , all equipments (distribution pipelines, oxygen outlets, O.T pendants, concentrators, regulator, pressure gauges, alarm valves , oxygen flow meters, oxygen concentrators, etc.) of entire GB hospital premises • All Air compressors (for compressed air supply) ,pipeline ,valves,gauges, outlets,alarms ,area valve service units and accessories in different locations of hospital• All vacuum pumps assembly ,pipeline ,outlets and accessories,pipeline ,valves,gauges, outlets ,valve suction assembly and accessories in different locations of hospital as per terms and conditions and scope of work. |
| 3 | Providing,laying fixing,testing & Commisioning of following sizes of medical grade copper pipe conforming to the ISO 7396- 1:2016 standard, solid drawn,seamless, deoxidised,non-arsenical, half hard (hard can be accepted only for sizes 54 mm or more ), tempered,degreased and delivered capped at both ends including cutting, brazing etc, and providing all fittings e.g. Elbows,Tees,Reducers,Clamps,Hangers band also including necessary drilling of brick wall, repairing of drilled wall by white cement as per direction of the Enginer in-charge. |
