7Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (DSR-2023/4.1.8)
8Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete.
9Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. : All works upto plinth level : Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum (DSR-2023/5.33.1.1)
10Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. : Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. (DSR-2023/5.22.6)
11Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (DSR-2023/13.80)
12Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture (DSR-2023/13.62.1)
13Road Delineator. Providing and fixing of standard metal Delineator as per IRC 79-2019 consisting old minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 square cm in while color, full cube corner micro prismatic non-metallic retro reflective shieling on each side conforming wilt IRC 67-2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per ASTMO 4956 Type XI table specification. The delineator shall be painted with powder coat of minimum 40 microns thickness, on top of which retro reflective sheeting shall be pasted on both side. The structure shall be manufactured in roll forming process and shall have height not less than B00mm above the ground, width not less than 100mm and shall extend nil more than 300mm below the ground while being installed.
14The front and back faces of the delineator should be curved with a radius of not more than 200mm and with delta angle (or central angle of curve)lying between 20 degree and 30 degree, to increase the visibility of the delineator for vehicles moving in continuous curves. The delineator shall have grooves across the length to make the reflective sheets vandal-proof) The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering lest in Indian conditions as per IRC 67:2012 & proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded which quoting tender. If somehow tender pre qualification condition do not ask for government report then the report shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge before finalization of bill, The delineator is meant for application on gaps in median, traffic islands, dangerous bends, roundabouts, narrow bridges etc., or as desired by site engineer. 15Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads. Transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table No 300-2: lead upto of 5.00KM (MORTH--25/305/3.18)
16Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.
