Additional provision of pad locking is to be provided with 2 nos. mechanical locks both top and bottom portion. Provision of ventilating grill should be triangular in shape made from MS Plate duly welded to lateral side. The centre ventilation spout at starting surface of the top of the pillar box. Provision of 2 Nos. earthing terminals by 25x6mm GI flat having suitable nuts, bolts & washers etc. Interconnection between incoming & outgoing Switches to be done with suitable size of copper wire.The pillar box is to be painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint after one coat of RO primer. The internal EI works of the piller box should withstand 2KV rms AC Voltage for 1 minute. All fabrication work is to be done as per direction of EIC.
