| 1 | Provision for engaging Labourers for regular cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of the Stanley Dam and Inspection Gallery, including the dam body wall, inspection gallery, approaches, stairs, platforms, pathways, drains, parapets, railings and other accessible areas. The work shall include sweeping and cleaning, removal of dust, silt, dry leaves, weeds, bushes and unwanted vegetation, clearing of drains and water passages, removal and disposal of debris and waste materials, cleaning of stairs, floors, walls and accessible surfaces, maintenance of cleanliness around inspection and monitoring locations, and assistance during departmental inspections and routine maintenance activities. All works shall be carried out carefully under the direction of the Departmental Officer-in-Charge without causing any damage to the dam structure, instruments, electrical installations, monitoring equipment or other departmental assets. The labourers shall maintain the dam and inspection gallery in a clean, safe and accessible condition throughout the period of engagement. |
