1Provision for engaging Labourers for the regular maintenance, cleaning and upkeep of LBS Lower Park, including park beds, lawns, toilets, fountains, pathways and surrounding areas. The work shall include sweeping and cleaning of the park premises, removal of dry leaves, weeds, unwanted vegetation and garden waste, grass cutting, lawn maintenance, trimming and pruning of plants and shrubs, watering and maintenance of flower beds and ornamental plants, cleaning and upkeep of toilets, fountains, pathways, benches, railings and other park amenities, collection and disposal of waste at designated locations, and assistance in planting/replanting and other routine beautification works. The labourers shall carry out the work as directed by the Departmental Officer-in-Charge and shall maintain the park in a clean, hygienic, safe and aesthetically pleasing condition throughout the period of engagement.
