| 2 | Topographical survey:- Carry out DGPS/ Total station based topographical survey. Survey river cross-sections at suitable intervals.Longitudinal profile of the river. Survey flood plain and adjoining vulnerable areas. Survey existing structures such as bridges, culverts, retaining walls and protection works.Prepare contour map (0.5 m or 1.0 m interval as applicable)complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts. |
| 3 | Preparation of Preliminary Project Report and Detailed Project Report for Providing Flood Mitigation works to protect the valuable agriculture land and property of police training college, Daroh in Tehsil Thural Distt. Kangra H.P. after conducting detailed survey of the flood affected area incorporating the vulnerable sites, HFL and existing flood protection/ anti erosion works etc. Whole proposal shall be marked on the contour plan at readable scale with L- Section & X-Section at susceptiable sites of khad and submit with the detailed cost estimation, preparation of damage report and Hydraulic design of structurers, drawings of structures proposed Hydro Meteorological and Hydrological studies:- Collection and analysis of raifall, discharge and flood data. Catchment delineation using GIS.Estimation of design flood fro appropriate return period as per SDMA/CWC guidelines. Preparation of design discharge calculations.
