| 2 | Erection of scaffold & platform with toe board and guard rail for supporting man, material and equipment for ease of dismantling and installation 10 ton & 5 ton capacity hoist at Mominpur DPS and dismantle them after job is done. |

Dismantling all the spare parts of the chain pulley block -hand chain wheel, hand chain, load chain wheel, load chain, , gearing arrangement, braking arrangement, ratchet and pawl , chain stop for over travel, chain hook with bottom block etc. |
| 5 | Washing, cleaning all the spare parts using cleaning solvent and check whether spare parts are worn out, thoroughly. |
| 6 | Thorough repairing and overhauling of geared trolley with supplying gear if gear teeth profile damaged and replacement of load chain wheel if ware out or damaged. |
| 7 | Repairing the braking mechanism with ratchet and pawl mechanism of the 10 ton & 5 ton capacity chain pulley block. |
| 8 | Repairing of bush , circlips, hand chain wheel, with bottom block assembly of the 10 ton & 5 ton capacity chain pulley block. Chain hook will swivel 360 degree so that chin should not twist |

| 10 | Re-assembly and fitting fixing of all the repaired and spare parts and install 10 ton & 5 ton capacity chain pulley block with geared travelling trolley from suspension beam. |

| 12 | Priming one cote on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand paper etc. |
