The rate further includes the cost of 3\\" hinges, Aluminium tower bolts 4\\", Aluminium handles 1 nos., I-hook and two coats of special quality enamel paint over coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

11Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face eneers on both faces of shutters: 35 mmthick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws
12Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
13Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . 15Providing and laying antiskid vitrified floor tiles of specified size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 300x300 mm.
16Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sq.m including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
17Dismantling of ceramic tiles or vitrified and plaster to making the surface clean for refixing the glazed tiles including removing of malba complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
18Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75 mm deep chase
19Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.
20Demolishing brick tile covering in terracing including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.
21Retile terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by reusing dismantled tile or bricks after cleaning and making tile servicalbe for reuse, dismantling mud phaska and cleaning the mother slab propoerly (75mm cold earth and 25mm new earth) after performing water proofing treatment which will be paid seperately. Laying 10 cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa @ 35 kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1 clay : 1 cow dung) and covered with flat brick tile, grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finished neat including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones (the cost of mud included) all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Dismantling tile & Dismantling mud phaska, cost of new tile paid seperately.
22Providing and laying water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab/ Tile work including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) After two days of proper curring applying a second slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound. (c) Finishing the surface with laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer with slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge.
23Demolishing mud phaska in terracing and disposal of material within 50 metres lead.
24Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
2512 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)
2615 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)
27Providing and Fixing chicken mesh on RCC beams, facias etc. wherever required with wooden gutties, nails and screws including drilling holes etc complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
28Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
29Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)
30Providing and fixing 60 mm thick high density rubber moulded precast cement concrete paver block grey/ colored/ polished/ designer (manufactured by vibro hydraulic pressure process) consisting of design mix of cement, sand and fine aggregate having designation M35 ISI marked including the cost of good quality color and hardening agents. The paver should be compiled with tensile strength and breaking load as per BIS 6717-1993 and shall be tested against resistance to bear as per IS 1237-1980 (specification for cement concrete floor tiles). The paver should be laid over layer of 25 mm average thick screened coarse sand to the required slope and filling the joints with fine sand complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
31Repair of deteriorated RCC Balconies, Beams, Walls, Ceiling, Column or other concrete surface having exposed rusted bars consisting of following operations (a) chipping of concrete surface 25mm thick average depth afterwards remocal of loose concrete and exposing the steel bars. Cleaning the surface properly to remove dust particles and rust from the steel bars. (b) Moistening the surface properly and applying arcylic polymer (acrocrete/ pidilite/ mastercrete or its equivalent) coating mixed with cement for proper bonding of old and new concrete in two coats 0.2kg per 1kg of cement. (c) Providing and fixing chicken mesh of standard size and 26 guage with steel reinforcement by using binding wire and nails complete. (d) Proving and placing of cement concrete l:11/2:3 having average thickness 1\\" (3/4\\" to 11/4\\" thick) mixed with arcylic polymer admixture @ 1kg per bag of cement and waterproof agent @ 400ml per 2 bags of cement including finishing the surface complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
32Supply of brick tiles (Common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks tile class designation 10)
33Scaffolding for repair of wall, beam, outer face of building etc including cost of bamboo, ballies, planks, rope and nails etc. complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
34Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 125 mm
35Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.
36Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete. Twin rubber stopper
37Providing and fixing S.S. 100 mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers and a pair of lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc. complete.

43Providing and fixing cupboard shutter consisting of 19mm thick commercial board with lipping all around and fixed with chowkhat frame with piano hinges and screws etc. and provide with Alum. handle (with base plate) and magnetic catcher. The board surface is to be painted with two coats of special quality synthetic enamel paint after primer coat and preparation of surface, complete frame is to be fixed with iron nails etc. complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction ofthe Engineer in charge.
44Providing and Fixing of openable storage cabinet 18\\" Deep and 4'6\\" height made up of 19mm thick commercial plyboard ISI Marked as per approved brand and 1mm thick mica. The back of storage shall be provided with 6 mm thick ply. The storage cabinet shall be provided with 2 nos shelves. The shutters shall be fixed with piano things. The rate further i/c cost of screw, nails, fevicols, SS handle 5\\" Cupboard locks, and fastners etc. complete as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
