| 1 | Dismantling and taking out of 200 mm, 150 mm & 2 nos. 125 mm dia sluice valve from the existing delivery line by chain pulley block, tripod and necessary gas cutting and other lifting arrangements. |
| 2 | Construction of scaffolding with bamboo pole,wodden planks, coir rope etc. suitable for working. |
| 3 | Mfg., supply, fitting and fixing of M.S flanged short piece in place of valve. |
| 4 | Dismantling of the valve including body, bonnet, G.M spindle, bolts, nut etc. |
| 5 | Repairing of valve shutter, body, cotter pin etc. |
| 6 | Supply fitting fixing of the G.M seat rings to valve body & valve gate. |
| 7 | Supply and re-fitting of body, bonnet, gland etc. with new sets of bolts, nuts, washers, gaskets etc. by lowering the valve with chain pulley block, tripod etc. |
| 8 | Hydraulic pressure testing certificate of valve to be submitted. |
| 9 | Thorough painting of the valve by 2 coats of lead primer and anti corrosive paint. |
| 10 | Re-fixing the valve (after removing the M.S flanged short piece) with proper alignment and to be fitted with new bolts & nuts including rubber gaskets. |
