Quantity 1 Cum(iv)Dismantling tile/stonework in floors and cladding laid in cement mortar including earthwork in excavation and stacking material within 50 metres lead as per direction of the Bank. For thickness of tiles with mortar 25 mm to 40 mm. Approx. Quantity 45 Sqm(v)Dismantling windows (steel or wood) shutter including MS grill, etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of the Bank = Approximately 01 nos. of size 1.8mx1.8m(vi)Dismantling aluminium partitions / False ceiling (surface area of walls and ceiling) including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of the Bank. Approx. Quantity 35 Sqm(vii)Dismantling of all types of pipes G.I., C.I., CPVC, uPVC, etc., including chasing manually / by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50m lead as per direction of the Bank, various pipes in work area and adjoining required locations; 15 mm to 150 mm nominal bore(viii)Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of the Bank. | 4 | Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift in all kinds of soil. Item includes setting out, clearing grass, barricading if required. The scope further includes Filling available excavated earth, stacking it neatly, and refilling the selected earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering all complete as per directions of the Bank. |

Note: i) No Extra payment shall be made/ paid for providing extra thickness of plaster as per site condition. |
