Maintenance shall cover the complete hydraulic system, including pump, motor, cylinders, valves, hoses, fittings, seals and hydraulic oil. All mechanical and compaction components, including ram/platen, bearings, bushes, pins, rollers and moving parts, shall be inspected, lubricated and serviced. The electrical, control and safety systems, including control panel, sensors, switches, limit switches, wiring and emergency stop, shall be checked and tested. The scope shall include all necessary spare parts, lubricants, grease, consumables, welding, fabrication and minor repair works. All required labour, tools, tackles, cleaning, testing, transportation and associated costs shall be included to ensure the compactor remains safe, reliable and operational. |
