Name of Work:- Urgent repair, servicing, and relocation of Air Conditioner units, including replacement of damaged evaporator coils, fan motors, drain piping, and gas charging at SDO Office, Circuit House, SDO Bungalow under Basirhat Electrical Sub-Division, P.W.Dte.

1Dismantled and removed 10 units of 1/1.5/1.8/2-TR split ACs (indoor and outdoor) by disconnecting the 5/8\\" suction and 1/4\\" discharge refrigerant lines and disconnecting all electrical wiring across the SDO Office, SDO Bungalow, and Circuit House.
2Overhauling of 2 Nos. 2-TR split-type AC units (different makes) at Basirhat SDO Office.
3Reinstallation of 10 Nos. 1/1.5/1.8/2-TR split AC units (indoor & outdoor) at their original locations.
4S&F of heavy-duty copper refrigerant piping [5/8\\" (15.88 mm) and 1/4\\" (6.4 mm) dia] with nitrile rubber insulation for interconnecting the indoor and outdoor units of split AC machines.
5S&F 4 core 2.5 sq.mm copper cable for inter connection indoor & outdoor unit of A.C. Machine. ( Additional Length)
6S&F of MS bracket angle at different site.
7S&F of 19mm dia PVC drain pipe with all required accessories.
8Leak testing of the entire refrigerant system by nitrogen purging, including repair of leaks (if any) in copper piping or evaporator/condenser units using high temperature brazing, followed by nitrogen pressure holding test, deep system vacuuming, and complete refrigerant gas charging.
9Replacement of 2 TR Mitsubishi 56 watt indoor DC motor.
10Replacement of 2 TR Mitsubishi 56 watt outdoor DC motor.
11Supply & fixing of 1 No. 2 TR Indoor unit make - Carrier (Camipro)
12Supply & charging of refrigerant gas R-32
