| 2 | i) Design, Construction, Erection Testing and Commissioning of 10.00 MLD Capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor of rectangular shape (SBR) Technology complete in all respects including Tertiary treatment with 4 No. Rapid sand gravity filters of (size 5.50 x 4.00 x 3.90 m plus 0.50m FB) each with all other contingent thereto.ii) Landscaping. iii)Buildings : Raw sewage pump House, Annexe Building and Utility Building, Sludge Room, Centrifuge Building, HT/ LT Panel Room, PLC Room, Centrifuge Houses, Laboratory, Office, MCC, Pantry, Chlorination Building, Blower Room and Toilet Blocks (Area 660.00 Sqm or more as per the site requirement) etc and all other works contingent thereto.iv) Electrical, Mechanical, Electromagnetic Flow measurement device on inlet and outlet, Real Time Water supply monitoring with data collection system (Online Analyzer).v) Piping and Instrumentation works with PLC and SCADA arrangement for STP and MPS along with synchronizing it with each other including Furniture complete in all respects.vi) Laboratory equipments as fully described in the DPR. vii) 6 No. High Mast of 9 mtr GI Octagonal Pole of 4 mm thickness Providing and Fixing solar light, 75 watt with dark and motion sensor. viii) Supplying and Installation of 1 No. Main Gate of MS as per the design and drawing as per satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. ix) Providing and installing 8 No. CCTV Cameras ( 5 Cameras for STP and 3 Cameras for MPS) complete as per satisfaction of Engineer in charge with 90 days recording (DVR), 32 Inch LED Screen, 16 channel, DVR at STP site and 8 channel DVR at MPS site with connectors, cables, poles and power supply with online real time output facility. The cameras at both the sites i.e MPS and STP shall be synchronized at STP site. 1 No. PTZ speed dome 360 degree 50 x Zoom cameras, 3 No. 12 mm lens size, 1 No. 3.6 mm lens size are to be installed at MPS and STP. x) Providing and installing 2 No. centrifuges / Belt Press (1W plus 1S) including centrifuge / Belt Press feed pump, all fittings, instrumentations, Electric Panel board, etc. as per design complete in all respect including Packing dry sludge in 20 kg bag and supply the same in market Kisan Seva Kendra or as desired by the Engineer in charge within lead as posited as clause 4.4.5.xi) Construction of Boundary wall with RCC columns at 3 metre centre to centre and expansion joint at 30 mtr centre to centre having length of 760 metre.xii) Construction of cement concrete pathway 235 m x 3 m wide.xiii) Construction of 2 No. Staff Quarter of 61 Sqm area each.xiv) Site clearance as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. xv) Laying of DI Gravity main for disposal of trerated effuentIncluding 6 years Defect Liability cum Maintenance period and 3 months trial run period. |
