The bidder shall ensure that while filling the Price Bid, the following details are mandatorily indicated without fail: (a) The Service Accounting Code (SAC) relevant to the services being quoted, 3. Price shall remain firm and no escalation on any account will be allowed during the contract period. 4. Based on the total amount quoted by the successful bidder in BOQ above or below or at par the estimate, item wise rates indicated below Annexure-IIIA: Schedule of item-wise estimate rates”) will be adjusted upwards or downwards in the same ratio. These rates will be frozen for contract period and executed quantities during any period will be payable on the basis of these frozen rates. 5.
