The scope of work includes thorough cleaning and preparation of the sub-base (concrete/wooden surface), ensuring the surface is completely free from dust, moisture, oil, and irregularities. The EVA cushion sheets/rolls shall be laid flat, stretched tightly, and securely jointed using heavy-duty adhesive tape or recommended sub-floor bonding agents to ensure zero gaps, overlaps, or air bubbles. The work must cover the standard badminton court area including safety zones as per international standards or as directed by the Engineer. The entire system must provide uniform shock absorption, resilience, and flatness, completed in all respects including all labor, materials, tools, tackles, and incidentals, to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
