| 2 | Applying Polyurethane (PU) painting on existing erected Street Light Poles, Traffic Signal Pole, Blinker Pole , CCTV Pole & High Masts of all types and heights, including brackets, fittings, Junction Box and Junction Box Cover etc. complete.The work shall include cleaning the entire surface of the pole, roughening the surface with polish paper / emery paper to remove rust, dust and old paint, thereafter applying one coat of approved quality metal primer and then applying coat of Polyurethane paint of approved colour shade and make. The colour shade shall be finalized as directed by Engineer-in-charge.The work shall be carried out by following all safety precautions such as Electrical Safety, Traffic Management with traffic cones, barricades, indicators etc.The rate shall be inclusive of all materials like primer, PU paint of approved make & shade, polish paper, tools & tackles, Hydra Crane / Hydraulic Ladder / Boom Lift, vehicle, operator, driver, painter, helper, traffic warden, safety belts, helmets and all other incidental charges, labour, lead, lift etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The Rate including of all type of permissions like Traffice Department, MSEDCL, PCMC etc. |

| 4 | Cable bunching of numbers of OFC cables of all types which are laid / hanging on Street Light Poles /Traffic Signal Pole, Blinker Pole / CCTV Pole / High Masts / Trees / MSEDCL Poles / any other structures, by using minimum 200mm long, UV Resistant Black Nylon Cable Ties of approved make.The bunching shall be done at an interval of about 1.0m to 2malong the entire length to remove cable sagging, loose hanging and to make the bunch neat, tight and properly aligned as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The work includes segregation of cables, straightening and proper bunching.The rate shall be inclusive of all materials like UV resistant cable ties of approved make, tools & tackles, Hydra Crane / Hydraulic Ladder / Boom Lift, vehicle, operator, driver, helper, traffic warden, cable tying Operator, safety belts, helmets, safety jackets etc. and all other incidental charges.The rate shall also be inclusive of all types of permissions required like Traffic Police Department, MSEDCL, PCMC and coordination with concerned authorities, including all labour, lead, lift etc. complete Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information |
