The feeder pillar shall be made out of 2.00mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate duly compartmentalized for each control gear and bus-bar, front door (02 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (75 MC) base frame at bottom. | 9 | BUS BARS AND INTERNAL CONNECTIONS :- The bus bars shall be made of Copper,500 Amps rated, duly insulated with 1100 Volts grade standard colour coded PVC sleeves and rigidly mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators of non hygroscopic non combustable, track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material. All phase bars and as well as the neutral bars also shall be of required size as per MCCB capacity for all internal connections from main bus bars to switch gears shall be carried out with 1100 Volts grade FR PVC insulated copper wire of suitable size but not less than 1.5 times current carrying capacity of individual switch gears.
